SHIPPING POLICY

OITU currently ships Australia-wide only.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed, excluding weekends, public holidays and periods of high demand.

Once dispatched, shipping timeframes will vary depending on your location and the selected delivery service. A shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. OITU cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Should your parcel be delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact oitu.skin@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.
