Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products, OITU does not accept returns for change of mind.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless the item is deemed faulty, damaged, or does not meet your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact oitu.skin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where relevant.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, OITU will provide a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that individual skin responses may vary. Irritation or sensitivity resulting from personal skin compatibility does not automatically constitute a faulty product. We strongly recommend patch testing prior to use. Search our Stockist page to find the closest clinic or store.
